Our school signed a cooperation agreement on carbon neutrality and smart agriculture development with Tangjin Development Commi

At 2 PM on March 19th, 2025 (Wednesday), our school and Tangjin Development Committee held the signing ceremony of "Realizing Carbon neutrality and Smart Agriculture Development" Business Agreement (MOU) in conference room 313 of our library.
This agreement aims to promote the development of environmental protection and sustainable agricultural technologies, public projects related to marine tourism and port logistics, recruitment of international students and support for corporate employment, as well as the construction of RISE cooperation systems in South Chungcheong Province. Both parties plan to conduct joint research and project development on this basis to achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.
Cui Meishun, deputy director general of our school, said, " This agreement will lay the foundation for building a sustainable development model that interacts with the regional society. In particular, cooperation in smart agriculture and carbon neutral research is expected to enhance regional agricultural competitiveness and strengthen recruitment and employment support for foreign students.”
Shen Wanshun, chairman of Tangjin Development Committee, also said, " We will work with universities to actively support the sustainable development and future industries in the region.”
Through this collaboration, both parties will strengthen joint research in carbon neutrality and smart agriculture technology development, actively promote the development of marine tourism and leisure projects, expand the enrollment of international students, and deepen employment linkages with regional industries. Additionally, within the RISE system in South Chungcheong Province, both sides will also establish a close cooperative relationship to jointly advance regional social development.
This contract is expected. In the future, our school will take this opportunity to further establish a leading position in education and research in the future environmental protection industry, and Tangjin Development Committee is expected to become the core force leading the regional agricultural and industrial innovation.
