〉 Enrollment
A person authorized to enter (including transfer) shall pay the payment within a due date.

〉 Enrolled Student
The enrolled student must pay the tuition at the designated place within a due date of each semester and complete the required registration process.

〉 Course Registration
Students are required to enrol into the units under the guidance of their academic advisor within a certain period of the previous semester. However, those returning to school must apply for classes at the same time as returning to school, and return to school is possible only before one-fourth of the number of school days.

〉 Examination
Tests are divided into regular tests, occasional tests, additional tests, re-examinations, graduation papers, practical skills and work presentations, or comprehensive exams for graduation.

〉 Leave of Absence
If a student is unable to attend for more than four weeks due to illness, military service obligations, or other reasons, they will be allowed to take a leave of absence from school with the permission of the president.

〉 Return to School
This refers to the return of a person who took a leave of absence to continue his or her studies at the expiration of his or her leave of absence.

◦ Students on leave of absence shall return to school within one year (within two semesters) from the date of leave of absence, and students on leave from the military shall return to the relevant semester within one year (within two semesters) from the date of discharge.
◦ Those who wish to return to school should submit a return school within a specified period before the start of each semester. However, if a person who is scheduled to be discharged from the military within one-fourth of the number of school days wishes to return to school, he/she may return to the school by attaching a certificate of scheduled discharge.
◦ When a person who has converted to long-term service during his/her service intends to return to school, he/she may return to school by attaching a certificate of service and a written consent for school attendance (the permission for the deputy commander to attend school)
