[Yeongam Campus Guide for Heating Operation of Campus Air Conditioning System]

1. Thank you for your hard work in academic and administrative tasks.

2. The cold winter of 2023 is approaching. Along with this, we would like to provide guidance on the operation hours for heating on campus. We ask for your active participation in energy conservation to avoid wasteful energy consumption by concurrently operating multiple heating systems.

   A. Operation Period: From November 20, 2023 (Monday) to April 13, 2024 (Saturday)

   ① Test Operation: November 20, 2023, to November 25, 2023

   ② Full Operation: November 27, 2023, to April 13, 2024

   B. Operation Hours:

   ① Lecture and Laboratory Rooms: Daytime 09:0017:30 / Evening 18:0022:30

   ② Professor's Research Rooms: Daytime 09:0017:30 / Evening 18:0021:00

   ③ Dormitories and Central Library operate 24 hours.

   ④ During vacation, heating requests need approval for seasonal semester classes.

   C. Operation Method:

   ① Temperature settings and time-based operational management are adjusted through centralized control.

   ② Fan speed, operation, and shutdown are adjusted through remote control in each room.

   D. Individual Heating Fuel Supply Information (No supply of butane gas, supply of liquid fuel from November 27th):

   ① Supply Time: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 09:00 to 09:30 (No supply beyond this time)

   ② Supply Location: Fuel storage on the 1st floor of Youngshin Hall

   E. Recommended Indoor Temperature by Government Energy Conservation Policy: 18℃~20℃

◈ Heating operation hours and times may be adjusted based on weather changes and government policies (such as COVID-19).

◈ The heating operation stops every hour during the heating operation hours, so please press the individual remote control switch according to class hours. (Note: It may not operate during peak or other control time periods.)
