Sehan University (President Choi Mee-Soon) and the Jeollanam-do RISE Project Group (Leader Kang Jeong-il) won the Top Prize in the 2025 Living Lab Project Competition held on February 4, 2026. The competition aimed to share the outcomes of university living lab initiatives conducted through regional collaborative projects at the city and county levels, while promoting innovative community-based practices through public exhibitions.   The event brought together approximately 50 participants, including representatives and evaluators from six universities in the western region of Jeollanam-do.   Sehan University currently offers specialized programs in the Departments of Nursing, Physical Therapy, and Sports Rehabilitation, along with regionally integrated courses designed to cultivate comprehensive healthcare professionals capable of addressing local health promotion needs.   In addition, the university operates the “Sehan University Home Care Project Group” and the “Human Care Professional Training Project Group.” By leveraging its accumulated expertise and human resources, the university has developed sustainable health promotion and integrated care programs that provide high-quality services to the local community.   In 2025, Sehan University implemented several flagship programs, including the “Resident Education Program for Senior Managers,” “Home-Based Health Promotion and Integrated Care Project,” and “Village-Level On-Site Health Promotion and Integrated Care Services.” Through these...
