On the morning of May 27,2025, at 11:00 AM, our university held a signing ceremony for a business agreement with Tangjin Love Home on the third floor. The event aimed to encourage the Sehan Volunteer Corps and students from the Social Welfare Counseling program to actively participate in volunteer services. It also sought to promote more systematic and organized regional service projects, thereby enhancing practical skills. Through these volunteer activities, the university aims to embody its core educational values of creativity, character, and initiative, and to nurture Sehan individuals with a strong sense of social responsibility.

The signing ceremony of this agreement was presided over by Kim Myeong-kyung, the head of the World Han University Volunteer Corps and a professor in the Department of Social Welfare Counseling. Also present were Lee Kyung-soo, director of the Adult Learning Support Center and a professor in the same department, Professor Kwon Seok-yong from the Data Management Program, and other staff members of the Volunteer Corps. On the Tangjin Love Home side, President Kim Jong-jin and Facility Director Kim Sung-sil attended.

According to the business agreement, the two sides will cooperate in a number of areas: activating the social welfare service support system, promoting the normalization of volunteer services and educational activities, strengthening education and talent exchange, and carrying out community contribution public welfare projects
The signing of the MOU not only provides a professional practice platform for student volunteers, but also further deepens the cooperative relationship between the university and the community, helping to achieve the educational practice goal of "university and society co-construction".
