On April 30,2025 (Wednesday) at 11 o'clock, our school and China Rizhao Vocational and Technical College held the "China-Korea Online Art Festival" simultaneously in the Performing Arts Hall of Lingyan Campus and the Performance Hall of Tangjin Campus.
The event aims to showcase the talents of our students in the fields of culture and art through online platforms, expand the space for creative cooperation between Chinese and Korean students, and take this opportunity to promote the development of future cultural exchanges and joint art projects.
The arts festival kicked off with traditional Korean performances, followed by Chinese dragon and lion dance demonstrations, a Taekwondo demonstration from South Korea, and a display of traditional Chinese Baduanjin exercises. Through the alternating presentation of traditional performance projects from both countries, the event not only deepened the understanding of each other's traditional arts among students from China and South Korea but also enhanced their aesthetic experience and sense of identity across cultural backgrounds.
Through this activity, teachers and students of both universities deeply experienced and compared the similarities and differences between China and South Korea in traditional dance and traditional martial arts culture, further understood the diversity and uniqueness of the two countries' cultures, created a harmonious and inclusive international exchange atmosphere, and laid a good foundation for deeper artistic exchanges and cooperation in the future.
