On September 27,2024, our university held a seminar for new teachers in Lingyan campus and Tangjin Campus respectively.
This activity aims to help the new teachers quickly adapt to and understand the work of our university by introducing the work of each department to the new professor.



The seminar first introduced the new faculty members to all departments, then the teachers in charge of the Planning Department introduced the development plan and educational innovation of the university to the new teachers, and the teachers in charge of the university of Innovation Performance Management introduced the staff performance evaluation system, the academic guidance of the Academic Affairs Department and the teaching and research work to the new teachers. Finally, each center and the administrative department will introduce the work details to the new teachers according to the order of the departments.
The theme of this seminar is the coexistence of university and regional development and educational innovation, which provides an opportunity for the future development of our university.
It is hoped that the new teachers can obtain the information needed for teaching activities through understanding the teaching system of all departments in our university, and create a better educational environment for students.
