Department of Physical Therapy

〉 Introduce
The technical education department educates teachers who teach technical subjects to students in middle and high schools. This course is a four-year university in the country, and only two universities, including Sehan University, have a high acceptance rate for the appointment exam. After passing the exam, students can work in middle and high schools and become civil servants.

 

〉 Departmental characteristics
ㆍThis course supports students to pass the exam as follows.
ㆍSecuring the qualifications of educators through dialogue and presentation learning between professors and students (logical thinking and communication)
ㆍAcquiring information basics and programs to lead the information society, multimedia utilization, and Internet expertise (ICT teaching method)
ㆍAcquiring necessary skills in the field of technical education through theory and laboratory practice and field training practice (professor-learning design and methods, evaluation, career guidance, elicitation of scholarship and research tasks, practical training, etc.)
Acquiring brainstorming and simulation methods for creative thinking and solutions
Securing Educators’ Ability through Autonomous Seminar and Comparative programs
Securing the qualifications of educators through special lectures on humanities and personality education
Supporting individual counseling and guidance for obtaining various technology-related certificates and preparing for the appointment of middle and high school teachers.

 

〉 postgraduate career
Students are eligible for second-degree qualifications (skills) when they graduate. If they pass the national exam, they will be able to work as a teacher at national middle and high Schools and get a job at a private school.
Department of Spacial Education

〉 Introduce
This program provides appropriate curriculum and special education-related services to students subject to special education, which is difficult to reach with general curriculum and teaching methods. This course includes blind education, deaf education, retardation education, intellectual disability education, and emotion. It is divided into behavioral education, etc. This department provides various and systematic field practice and volunteer opportunities in connection with special schools, special classes, welfare centers for the disabled, and daycare centers for the disabled in the neighboring areas, and trains professional teachers.

Department of Early Childhood Education

〉 Introduce
The Department of Childhood Education is based on the psychology of education, social culture, philosophical research and understanding, and understanding of infant development and teaching methods. This course is a department that trains kindergarten teachers and daycare center teachers with expertise that can educationally help infants develop their entire lives. In this department, teachers with expertise are trained by providing various opportunities for attending classes and practicing education in connection with infant education and child care institutions.


〉 Departmental characteristics
If students diligently study the entire course, they will acquire three certificates of computer literacy, fairy tale oral history, and reading discussion instructor in addition to second-degree certificates of kindergarten and child care teachers. Students can act as experts in early childhood education, and they will be employed as officials in charge of education programs at infant education-related institutions or foundation-related companies.
